Bloating

So, I am very bloated. I am really fit and healthy but I am so bloated I look like I have never exercised:( Anyway, I have done lots of research and I have found the best things to help like exercise and drinking lemon water so I have started doing these things but I am not seeing any difference.
I was wondering if anyone has gone through the same thing and how they got rid of it.

    I’m not certain but I think bloating means fluid retention. Eating salty foods, having food intolerances, and experiencing changes in hormone levels can all cause a person’s body to retain more fluid than it would otherwise. Some women find that they are bloated immediately before getting their periods or early in pregnancy. I am not sure if it will help ur information but ur welcome anyways 🙂
