I am a REALLY picky eater and by picky I mean, PICKY. I don’t eat any fruit,lollies,some veggies,lamb,soft drink,juice,cheese and eggs. It’s really hard to eat healthy but I can’t help but refuse to eat any thing! Any ideas on how to fix it?

    try introducing small amounts of one thing at a time slowly. i used to be like you and i know it can be scary but just try little things and you will probably find that you start to crave and want so much more. Remember not to push your boundaries too much at first though or you might put yourself off

    just provide the food u dont like as ur only option for eating and ur body’s survival instinct will kick in
