hii guys right now i’m so stressed out with exams and my period. i also keep forgetting to eat and i dont eat enough, which makes me even more stressed out. i become really mean to everyone and i dont want to be mean. i keep forgetting to take care of myself and other people. i dont wanna act like an a-hole and distance myself from other people because i’m cranky. it doesnt work out in the end. any tips to combat this? thank you
