How can I lose weight?

I am 14 and I weigh 174 pounds. I am 5 feet 5 inches tall. I just don’t know how to lose weight.

    Hey girl! Okay, even though you’re totally great the way you are, there are thing you can do if you feel like you want to become slimmer. Eating healthier (even thought EVERYONE LOVES JUNK FOOD!) and doing more sport or excersize. If you don’t want to completely cut out junk food, look for healthier alternatives (eg; instead of chips, vege chips etc!) hope this helped 🙂

    It’s super duper hard to lose weight if you start with a lot of it. The things that really helped me were, in the beginning, swimming. It’s really good for you, and it’s much easier than, say, gymnastics if you’re a big girl. After I lost a bit of weight, I started on the C25K running program and it has helped me tons. I haven’t lost a lot of weight, but I feel fitter, healthier and more confident in my own body, and those are the things that really matter, not the numbers on the scale. Keep trying, and keep being you, awesome as you are.
