how to start eating better?

i exercise a lot and am quite sporty, but my one fail is my eating habits, while i do eat a lot of healthy meats/fruit/proteins and such i’m notorious for eating a lot of junk food as well which i can’t seem to shake. any tips?

    When it comes to food, it’s all about listening to your body & paying attention to what makes you feel good (and what doesn’t).

    Remember, there is nothing wrong in indulging and it’s always good to have a balance!
