Periods at school

Hey guys, I recently started my period and only use pads. At my school it’s compulsory to wear tights but I don’t feel comfortable wearing tights and pads especially bc I’m really heavy. Could someone please give me some advice, tips or tricks on how I use pads and wear tights at the same time. Thx :)?
(Ps. The tights are opaque)

    Hey girl!

I totally understand the stress of navigating periods at school – been there, done it all!

Pads can definitely be easier to get the hang of, and I’d recommend trying our Libra Girl Pads. They’re specially designed for smaller bodies but have the same absorbency as our main range. Plus, they’re super thin & comfy – nobody will know you’re wearing one! I know Tampons can be tricky at first, but they’re also a great way to manage their flow,I’d recommend trying our Libra Girl tampons when you feel ready.

    You’ve got this!

    Hey there,

I know you posted this a month ago, but school is still in session, so I figured you could still use some advice:

    – No one can see your pad. I know, it seems like a huge ridiculous diaper that everyone will see from a mile away. But, especially if they leggings are opaque, no one will seem it! Just trust me on this one.
    – Bringing a pad (or tampon) to the bathroom at school can be such a hassle. Here’s what I’ve learned. When you’re on your period, keep a long sleeved, thick cardigan/light jacket with you at all times. When you have to go to the bathroom, put on your jacket, open your back pack, sneakily slip the tampon or pad into the sleeve of your jacket, and pretend your rummaging around for something. This way no one will know you are bringing a pad or tampon to the bathroom!

    Good Luck to you.

    xoxo, carebear64
