I’m 13yr old and i have recently lost a lot of weight and was at 45kg when i was up at close to 60kg and i lost it within 3 months. I had to go to a dietitian and doctor and then said that i was really underweight for my age and height and that i was to gain weight or i would have a health problem because i wasn’t eating much and doing A LOT OF SPORTS!!! but now I’m back up at 52kg but now if i look at my self in the merroir after a shower or when I’m getting changed or something i really just want to lose all the weight again cause i feel that i look FAT. But then if i lose that weight again then I’ll have to go back to the dietitian and that again and i don’t know what to do?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
