1 Month & No Period

Hey Gem, So I haven’t had my period in the last month but I’m not using anything to stop it and I’m not pregnant. What should I do?

Missing a period can be really confusing, especially when you’re used to a regular cycle! While a missed or irregular period can be totally normal & nothing to worry about, that doesn’t mean we don’t question why its happened. An irregular period is when your cycle doesn’t follow the normal 28 to 32 days.

There are a few factors which can lead to a missed or irregular period. These include stress, illness, hormones or contraception. We wrote a blog all about Irregular Periods, it’ll be able to provide you with some more information.

The best way to find out what’s going on down there is to check in with your GP. Everyone’s cycle is unique & what influences our flow can vary from person to person. Your doctor will be able to give you the best information specific to you.
