Hi, I was eating less than 700 calories a day and over exercising so I didnt get my period last month in October. I have stoped exercising so much and I eat around 1000-1300 calories a day. Will I get my period this month or how long will it take to come back? I’ve been worried about this for so long. Thanks

The regularity of our period can be affected by multiple factors – our diet being one of them!
It’s hard to predict when your period will come back after saying sayonara for a couple months. Just be on the look out for the signs that it’s around corner! Think brownish discharge, sore breasts & other PMS symptoms like cramps, cravings & feeling a bit irritable.
